Hey Mark, I’ll be in New York for Ad Week and I’m bringing you your Blutui cocktail pack.
Our Blutui cocktail is a symphony of antipodean and continental spirits and ingredients designed to make the end of your week, your day or your project that bit more bearable, in a terribly sophisticated way of course.
SHORT BOOZY ONE
40ml Scapegrace Gin
15ml Suze
15ml Earl Grey infused St Germain elderflower liqueur*
10ml fino sherry (dry white sherry)
Method:
Add all ingredients to a mixing vessel and stir for around 25 seconds. Strain over a large ice cube and garnish with orange peel and flower.
*add 2 teabags of strong earl grey tea to 1 bottle (700ml) of St. Germain and leave to infuse in a warm place for 1.5 - 2hours or until you’re happy with the taste.
TALL ONE IN THE CORNER
Add the same ingredients as the Short Boozy One plus 15mls lemon juice to a tall glass filled with ice. Top with East Imperial yuzu tonic and garnish with lemon wheel and flower.
